Demand for our products and services is growing fast and we need to grow our team. We are very keen to find applicants who live within close proximity to our Ormiston headquarters to join our team.
Warehouse duties – casual role
Every UPS in our warehouse is tested before it is sold. We have regular casual work available for a methodical person who can follow procedure to help with unpacking, pre-testing and repacking. This work involves repeat handling of items that weigh between 6 and 25kG. The work may suit someone who has retired too early or can be flexible about how many hours they work per day or per week.
Warehouse/Administration – full-time role
This role will suit a fit healthy person who will enjoy a varied roll performing warehousing and administration tasks. Sound keyboarding skills will be required.
Duties may include –
- Receiving and positioning of new stock into the warehouse / MYOB inventory
- Stock rotation / consolidation
- Just in time ordering
- Testing / charging of stock – the person to be trained for this role will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the aptitude to learn and follow a standard operating procedure. Good hearing is vital.
- Forklift driving – we don’t move pallets daily but need someone with a current licence and extremely careful driving attitude to move/load pallets as required.
- Processing of orders into MYOB
- Picking / packing orders
- Booking freight
- Accounts Receivable
Service Technician, Electrical – full time role
As a Service Technician at Chase Power, you’ll work on a variety of electrical projects, specialising in the maintenance and installation of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and Power Factor Correction units. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the reliable, high-quality service we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine testing following strict standard operating procedures
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on UPS and PFC systems
- Install and service UPS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with the Chase Power team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Electrical licence (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with Uninterruptible Power Supplies would be highly valued, but is not a prerequisite as full training will be offered to the right applicant
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s licence
UPS Technical Sales – full time role

Our territory is vast and therefore most work will be done at our Ormiston headquarters. Some local travel is required and occasional travel further afield may also be necessary.

Selling UPS’s is not for everyone. They are a technical product. Full technical training will be offered to the right applicant. Our customers buy and resell our products in conjunction with other products and services related to their field of expertise.
You will be given the opportunity to manage and grow business opportunities with established customers from the IT, security, electrical wholesaling and many other fields. It will be your task to relationship build and to gain an intimate knowledge of these customers and to use technical and innovative approaches to ensure their continued loyalty to our brand. You will also need to find new prospects to introduce our range of products to.
